Service Description

A Virtual Session is perfect for owners who want expert coaching, training advice, and a clear plan to work with their dog, no matter where they live. During our 45-minute video call, I'll walk you through the training process step-by-step, answer your questions, and demonstrate techniques using my own dog when needed. Unlike an in-person private session, I won't be physically handling your dog. Instead, I'll coach you in real time, helping you understand how to communicate effectively with your dog and build the skills needed for long-term success. Whether you're preparing for a new puppy, fine-tuning obedience, or looking for guidance on a specific training topic, this session is designed to give you confidence and direction. What Virtual Sessions Are NOT For For the safety of both you and your dog, virtual sessions are not suitable for behaviour modification cases, including: - Human aggression - Dog aggression - Resource guarding - Severe fear or anxiety - Reactivity - Bite history *Serious behavioural concerns requiring hands-on coaching* These cases require an in-person assessment so I can safely evaluate your dog's behaviour, observe body language, and coach you through the process in real time. If your dog is struggling with behavioural issues, please book an In-Person Private Session instead. If a virtual session is booked for a behavioural case, I reserve the right to decline the appointment and recommend the appropriate service.
